CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation must be notified to Hotel Zara in writing only.
In the case of "no show" or "late cancellations" the client will be charged with the "No Show charges" (one nights room rate) to his/her credit card number without any previous notice. The clients are advised to communicate their cancellations to the hotel 72 hours before the date of arrival by fax or email ( telephonic cancellations are not considered valid). Any cancellations and changes of a hotel reservation must be notified to the Hotel in writing (Fax or email) and will take effect on the date and time this communication is received by the Hotel. Changes made in hotel reservation such as dates, room type or length (if the number of nights is reduced or increased) of stay are considered as a cancellation of the previous booking and as a rebooking and are subject to the rates policies of the Hotel.

| How to find us: We are located only 25 km from Fiumicino Airport (Leonardo da Vinci). From the airport it only takes 20 minutes by taxi to reach Via Nazionale which is in the centre of the city. We are on the fourth turn to right.
Or alternatively, you can take the Leonardo Express train which brings you directly to Termini Station from the airport.
Once you arrive at the station, it is best to take the bus number 40 to Via Nazionale. Get off at the first stop on Via Nazionale. Via Quattro Fontane 37 should be ahead and on the right.
From Ciampino Airport it takes only 20 minutes (30 km) by taxi to reach the hotel.
